Develop and Empower Student Leaders
At KWWB, we include multiple students in the worship bands to give them experience in many different environments to develop their flexibility and understanding of what’s needed in various applications for worship leadership.

Student Worship Gathering in February 2025 – City Impact Howard City

Worship leadership requires boldness!
Leadership requires that you lead others. It isn’t just a title but a call to show others how to live, eat and breath the words we are singing. We are often the most important piece of any gathering because we bring the emotion, the vulnerability and the heart of worship to the forefront. Worship is a posture and we ought to be leading that pursuit!
Leaders Lead!
Growth Requires Participation and Repetition
We grow through various experiences over time. As we get the opportunity to participate in many different worship gatherings, venues and encounter the living God through leading others we grow in a deeper understanding of our own faith, our role and why this is so important. We become equipped to respond to the need for more worship leaders drawing others into this wonderful journey of faith and understanding.
Camps, Retreats, Trips

Large Venues
Large audiences or congregations can be intimidating for performers of all ages, especially students. Kyle has been on hundreds of different stages many of them in front of thousands and he brings the students along to show them how to rise up to the challenge of a large stage, venue or audience, while reminding them it isn’t much different than the small stage – it’s just more room to work with and a lot more people in the audience. Authenticity translates no matter what size stage it is.

Small Venues
Some venues can present challenges for space whether it be a smaller room with people crammed inside or a small stage that sort of cramps the band’s ability to spread out. Kyle brings his heart to every single venue no matter what the size and develops students to appreciate the opportunity and the importance of being willing to lead regardless of the circumstances.

Unique Environments
Kyle has led worship around campfires, on beaches, poolside at people’s houses, hospice care, park pavilions, hospital rooms, vacation homes, shopping mall churches, construction sites, backyards, under tents, in basements and living rooms, to be available to gather people in worship and praise. It is always important to remember Matthew 18:20 says “For where 2 or 3 gather in my name, there am I with them.”
